基于藏医热病学思想的藏医肺炎诊疗规律探析＊

寒症和热症是藏医概括病症类别的一对纲领。藏医认为,贪欲、怒嗔、愚痴或时令邪气、饮食不当、起居异常等导致三因素紊乱,尤其是赤巴功能的紊乱而引发热症。藏医将肺炎归于热症范畴,即肺热症。藏医药治疗肺热症是基于热病学的治疗理念,在分清寒热、把握恰当时机的基础上,采用饮食、起居、药物和外治法等治疗方法来清除热症,以达到治愈疾病的目的。临症时,肺炎可遵循藏医热病学的诊疗规律来施治用药。

Exploring the Rule of the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pneumonia on the Tibetan Medical Theory of the Ideology of Febrile Disease

Cold disease and fever are a pair of programs for Tibetan medicine to generalize the types of diseases. Tibetan medicine believes that greed, anger, foolishness or seasonal evils, improper diet, abnormal living and so on lead to the disorder of three factors, especially the disorder of Chiba function, which leads to heat syndrome. Tibetan medicine classifies pneumonia as fever, which is pulmonary fever. Tibetan medicine for treating pulmonary fever is based on the concept of fever therapy. On the basis of distinguishing cold and heat and grasping the right time, it uses diet, living, medicine and external treatment methods to clear the fever to cure the disease. In clinical practice, pneumonia can be treated according to the rules of diagnosis and treatment of fever in Tibetan medicine.
