参与式教学在临床麻醉实习中的应用

摘    要:创新教育是医学高等教育的重要组成部分,包括创新的教育理念、师生关系和教学方法。参与式教学是创新的教学理念与方法,将它应用在临床麻醉实习过程中,可以让学生从文献阅读到麻醉管理等阶段都全程参与教学;让学生在参与中学会创新思考,培养创新的勇气和胆识,提高自主学习、发现问题、解决问题和实践操作能力,使其更好融入临床实际。

Abstract:Innovative education is an important part of medical students'' higher education, including innovative educational concepts, innovative teacher-student relationships and innovative teaching methods. The participative teaching method is an innovative teaching method, which can make students participate in teaching from literature reading to anesthesia management. Accordingly, students can learn to think innovatively, cultivate their courage and insight of innovation, and improve their ability of independent study, finding and solving problems, and practical operation, leading to better integration of clinical practice.
