| 摘 要： | 目的分析中医辨证为痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者在常规西药基础上加用中药清金化痰汤进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择在我院接受治疗的52例中医辨证为痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,以随机分组法分成对照组和治疗组,每组26例。对照组采用常规西药治疗;治疗组在常规西药基础上加用中药清金化痰汤进行治疗。结果治疗组患者病情药物控制总有效率达到92.3%(24/26),高于对照组的73.1%(19/26);药物不良反应发生率为3.8%,低于对照组的19.2%;治疗前后炎症因子水平的改善效果优于对照组;肺功能恢复正常时间和治疗总时间短于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证为痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者在常规西药基础上加用中药清金化痰汤进行治疗,可以缩短病情控制时间,大幅度改善炎症反应程度,减少药物相关不良反应,使治疗效果得到显著性提升。
