| 摘 要： | 抑郁是一种常见的情绪障碍类精神疾病,以心境低落为核心症状,具有高复发率、高致残率、高发病率等特点。近年来许多学者以代谢组学为研究平台,探讨中医药在抗抑郁中的作用。本研究通过检索PubMed、中国知网（CNKI）数据库中近年来基于代谢组学研究中医药抗抑郁的相关文献,总结了抗抑郁中药药效生物标记物29种（抑郁生物标记物）及其作用机制、药效评价等相关进展,以期为中医药抗抑郁的研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Depression is a kind of common mental illness with emotional disorder, characterized by low mood, which has the characteristics of high recurrence rate, high disability rate, high incidence. In recent years, many scholars have taken metabolomics as a research platform to explore the mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in anti-depression. The relevant literatures on anti-depressant research of TCM based on metabolomics in PubMed, CNKI database were searched, twenty-nine pharmacodynamic biomarkers (depressive biomarker) and its mechanism, efficacy evaluation were summarized, which provides reference for the study of anti-depression in TCM. |
