骨源性外泌体微小RNA对骨代谢的影响研究进展

摘    要:外泌体能够参与各种体内的细胞活动,与细胞间的通讯有关。研究显示骨骼相关细胞产生的外泌体,其中含有的微小RNA能够在调节骨代谢的过程中发挥重要的作用,作者就骨源性外泌体微小RNA在骨代谢中作用的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Exosomes are involved in a variety of cellular activities in the body and are involved in cell-to-cell communication. Studies have shown that exosomes produced by bone-related cells, which contain microRNA, play an important role in regulating bone metabolism. This review summarizes the research progress in the role of microRNA from bone-derived exosomes in bone metabolism.
