突发疫情下高校图书馆的持续服务

介绍了陆军军医大学图书馆在新冠疫情期间开展的数字资源保障、信息推介、预约借书等不间断的线上服务，并讨论了后疫情时期高校图书馆实行开馆服务应采取的措施，从完善应急预案、推进新技术应用、加强资源共享及提升馆员素质等方面提出了建议，以便今后高校图书馆面对突发公共卫生事件时，在防范疫情、保障工作人员及读者健康的前提下，更好地开展服务。

Sustained service in academic library during the outbreak of emergency epidemic diseases

The sustained online services in Library of Army Medical University during the epidemic COVID-19 infection pneumonia were introduced, such as digital resources support service, information recommendation service and appointed book loan service. The measures that should be taken by academic libraries for their service in the later stage of epidemic diseases were proposed, and suggestions (perfecting the emergency plan in advance, promoting the application of new technologies, strengthening the sharing of resources and improving the literacy of librarians) were put forward for academic libraries to provide their better service during the outbreak of emergency public health events by presupposing the prevention and control of epidemic diseases and the health of their staff and readers.
