| 摘 要： | 目的研究健脾消癌方联合化疗治疗晚期转移性结直肠癌的临床效果。方法选取2013年12月—2017年12月本院收治的晚期转移性结直肠癌患者68例,根据不同治疗方案将其分为2组,各34例。对照组采用常规化疗治疗,观察在此基础上联合健脾消癌方治疗,比较2组的治疗效果、生活质量及毒副反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(47.06%)明显高于对照组(23.53%)(P<0.05);观察组患者生存质量改善有效率(85.29%)明显高于对照组(58.82%)(P<0.05);观察组神经毒性、白细胞减少发生率(44.12%、58.82%)明显低于对照组(70.59%、82.35%)(P<0.05)。结论健脾消癌方联合化疗治疗晚期转移性结直肠癌能够有效缩小病灶,提高患者耐受度,减轻毒副反应,提升临床疗效。
