国内经络实质假说的研究进展＊

从二十世纪七十年代开始,我国便对于经络实质展开了系统的有计划地研究,迄今为止,对经络实质的研究及假说不计其数,但学术界尚未达成统一的认识。本研究参考了国内近五十年经络实质的研究成果,主要从古代文献研究、现代医学研究以及其他假说的角度,对经络实质的假说进行了总结,并对经络实质至今未有突破性见解这一现象分析了原因,且提出了建议。本研究认为,经络实质应为多系统与多功能相整合的立体结构,不仅是一种切实存在的物质结构,更是一种功能结构,并且经络实质与人体生理病理状态也密切相关。本研究旨在为当前经络实质的研究提供资料参考与方法启示。

Research Progress of Meridian Essence Hypothesis in China

Since the 1970s, China has carried out a systematic and planned study on the essence of meridians and collaterals. So far, there are countless studies and hypotheses on the essence of meridians, but the academic circles have not yet reached a unified understanding. With reference to the research results of meridian essence in China in the past 50 years, the study summarizes the hypothesis of meridian essence from the point of view of ancient literature research, modern medical research and other hypotheses. It also analyzes the reasons for the phenomenon that there is no breakthrough opinion on the essence of meridians and collaterals so far, and puts forward some suggestions. The study believes that the essence of meridians and collaterals should be a three-dimensional structure with the integration of multi-systems and multi-functions, which is not only a real material structure, but also a functional structure, and the essence of meridians is also closely related to the physiological and pathological state of the human body. The purpose of this study is to provide information reference and method enlightenment for the current research on the essence of meridians and collaterals.
