摘    要:目的对脊柱微调手法的颈部操作进行力学特性分析,为该推拿手法的临床推广提供可参考的力学数据。方法微调手法创始人、手法熟练者和手法初学者3位测试者用微调手法在健康人体颈椎两个节段上操作,采用FingerTPS Wireless System采集拇指力量大小的数据,分析在右手拇指力量最大时双手拇指力量大小的差异,以及拇指力量大小随时间变化的规律。结果各测试者双手拇指力量最大值之间存在明显差异(P<0.001);不同的手法测试者在应用脊柱微调手法时,都存在作用力的加力过程(波谷至波峰的时间T1)比减力过程(由波峰至波谷的时间T2)略长,经统计学分析有明显差异(P<0.001)。结论微调手法操作上存在主力手和辅助手,微调手法操作是慢速加力和快速减力的过程。
