| 摘 要： | 目的探讨穿刺冲洗与置管引流方式在细菌性肝脓肿治疗中的临床价值。方法对比穿刺冲洗和置管引流治疗细菌性肝脓肿在治愈率,住院天数,脓肿消失时间,并发症等方面的差异。结果穿刺冲洗与置管引流两种治疗方式的治愈率均为100%;超声随访两组治疗后脓肿消失时间分别为6±2天、5±1天,两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;穿刺冲洗组无并发症发生,置管引流组1例并发液气胸。结论两种治疗方式中,穿刺冲洗方式较置管引流的损伤更小,并且多发脓腔可在同一时间分别抽吸,在临床应用上多次穿刺冲洗方式优于穿刺置管引流方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical value of treatment of bacterial liver abscess with ultrasound-guiding drainage and invasive operation of puncture rinse.Methods The cure rate,days in hospital,duration of the abscess existing and complications were observed.Results The cure rate of the two methods were 100%.The duration of the abscess was 6±2 days in Group A and 5±1 days in Group B.Conclusions Repeated puncture rinse is better than puncture catheter drainage in treatment of bacterial liver abscess. |
