罗湖区孕产妇系统管理与围生儿死亡的相关性研究

目的了解近年深圳市罗湖区孕产妇系统保健管理率与围生儿死亡率的变化趋势,探讨孕产妇系统管理与围生儿死亡的相关关系。方法采用前瞻性研究方法对2000~2004年深圳市罗湖区孕产妇系统管理情况和围生儿死亡情况进行连续监测。结果户籍人口的孕产妇系统管理率明显高于非户籍人口,而围生儿死亡率低于非户籍人口,差异有显著性(P<0.05);2000~2004年户籍人口的围生儿死亡率呈明显下降趋势,而非户籍人口的围生儿死亡率呈上升趋势;孕产妇系统管理率与围生儿死亡率呈负相关。结论提高孕产妇系统管理率是降低围生儿死亡率的有力措施之一。

Study on the relativity between pregnant and lying-in women systematic management and mortality of perinatal fetuses

Objective:To find out the trend of pregnant and lying-in women systematic management and mortality of perinatal fetuses from 2000 to 2004 and to explore their relativity.Methods:The prospective study of epidemiology was employed to supervise continuously the situation of pregnant and lying-in women systematic management and mortality of perinatal fetuses in Luohu district of Shenzhen from 2000 to 2004.Results:The rate of pregnant and lying-in women systematic management of the registered permanent residents was significantly higher than that of non-registered permanent residents while the mortality of perinatal fetuses of the former was significantly lower (P<0.05). The mortality of perinatal fetuses of the registered permanent residents was descended, but that of the non-registered permanent residents was climbed. There was a negative relativity between pregnant and lying-in women systematic management and mortality of perinatal fetuses.Conclusion:It is one of the effective measures to reduce the mortality of perinatal fetuses to reinforce pregnant and lying-in women systematic management.
