三维超声成像在眼部疾病中的应用

目的：评价三维超声在眼部疾病中的临床实用价值。方法：对15例正常眼球及25例眼部疾患进行三维超声成像研究，描述了正常眼球及病理眼球的三维超声声像图特征，并与二维超声比较，结果：三维超声成像所建图像清晰，立体感强，可观察眼球内部细微结构，在一定程度上弥补了二维超声的不足。结论：三维超声有助于眼科常见疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断，可为临床医师制定手术方案提供可靠的形态学依据，尤其是对屈光间质混浊，光学仪器不能检查到的玻璃体及视网膜病变，更具有临床应用价值。

Three-dimensional Ultrasonography Imaging in Ocular Diseases

Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of three dimensional ultrasonography imaging(3DUS)in ocular diseases.Methods:The 3DUS were reconstructed for 15 normal eyes and 25 eyes with ocular diseases.The mechanically driven rotated scanning and free hand scanning were used in this study.Results:3DUS could provide much more anatomic and pathologic information than conventional ultrasonography,it could give a clear stereoscopic view of the structure of interest,demonstrate the morphologic characteristics of the lesions clearly and depict the surface freature and range of the lesions.Conclusions:3DUS is benefit to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the common eye diseases and helpful in the surgical treatment of the related ocular diseases.
