复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效观察

目的观察复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法 72例患者随机分为治疗组（37例,口服复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱UVB照射治疗）和对照组（35例,仅用窄谱UVB照射治疗）,观察疗效。结果 1个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为75.7%,对照组为48.6%,差异显著（χ^2=5.64,P〈0.05）;2个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为89.2%,对照组为68.6%,差异显著（χ^2=4.64,P〈0.05）。治疗过程中观察到治疗组患者红斑鳞屑减少、消退时间及瘙痒减轻、消失时间均明显少于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹安全有效。
