| Abstract: | To solve the employment difficulties for pharmacy students in west China,the training pattern should be reformed to improve the students' competive ability of employment;the employment guidance should be enhanced to broaden the employment channels;the employment service system should be consummated to improve the service quality;the students overall qualities should be improved to enhance their employment ability. |
