平消胶囊治疗良性甲状腺结节的疗效观察

摘 要 目的：观察平消胶囊治疗良性甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法: 240例良性甲状腺结节患者随机分为对照组和观察组各120例。对照组予小剂量左甲状腺素治疗，观察组予平消胶囊治疗，3个月为一疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后甲状腺彩超以及甲状腺激素和血脂水平变化，比较两组临床疗效和药品不良反应。结果: 对照组5例、观察组3例失访。治疗后，两组患者的结节最大直径、甲状腺体积均较治疗前明显减小（P<0.05），且观察组结节最大直径、甲状腺体积明显小于对照组（P<0.05）；对照组TSH、TC水平均较治疗前显著降低（P<0.05），且明显低于观察组（P<0.05）。观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组，药品不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:平消胶囊治疗良性甲状腺结节安全、有效。

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Pingxiao Capsules in the Treatment of Benign Thyroid Nodules

ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Pingxiao capsules in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules. Methods: Totally 240 patients with benign thyroid nodules were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 120 ones in each. The control group received levothyroxine at low dose, the treatment group received Pingxiao capsules, and the treatment course was 3 months. The type B ultrasonic inspection and lab inspection (for thyroid hormones and blood lipid) were carried out, the curative effect was compared and the adverse reactions were recorded as well. Results:Three patients in the treatment group and five ones in the control group were lost during the follow up. After the treatment, the max diameter of thyroid nodule and the thyroid volume decreased in both groups (P<0.05), and those in the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of TSH and TC in the control group decreased after the treatment, which were significantly lower than those in the treatment group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group, and both had significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Pingxiao capsules are effective and safe in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.
