| 摘 要： | 目的 观察大明胶囊对大鼠实验性急性心肌缺血的保护作用.方法 采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素(Pit)诱发急性心肌缺血模型,观察各组注射Pit后15min内心电图ST段、心率的变化以及6h后血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肌酸激酶(CK)浓度的变化.结果 大明胶囊对Pit所致急性缺血性心电图ST段抬高、降低和心率的降低都有明显对抗作用,能明显增加血清SOD的活性,降低CK和LDH的含量(P＜0.05).结论 预防性给予大明胶囊对Pit致大鼠急性心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the protective effects of Daming capsule on the rats model of experimental acute myocardial ischemia.Methods Pituitrin was injected into sublingual vein of rats to reproduce the model of acute myocardium ischemia of rat.The changes of the ST segment of electrocardiogram and heart rate in 15 minutes and the contents of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(SOD) in serum 6 hour later were observed after pituitrin injection.Results Daming capsule significantly inhibit the raise and degrade of ST segment and the degrade of heart rate.SOD activity of Daming capsule groups was significantly increased and the contents of LDH and CK of Daming capsule were obviously decreased(P<(0.05)).Conclusion Daming capsule has the effetcs of anti-acute myocardium ischemia on rats treated with Pit. |
