| 摘 要： | 目的:寻求一种既迅速又安全有效的治疗更年期功血的方法。方法:将50例更年期功血病者分为两组,单纯孕激素治疗组25例和刮宫加孕激素治疗组25例,统计归纳两组数据。结果:刮宫加孕激素治疗组在完全止血、周期正常上明显优于单纯孕激素治疗组,并且复发率低,两组比较差异有显著性。结论:刮宫加孕激素治疗更年期功血的疗效确切优越。

| Abstract: | Objective:To seek a safe and effective therapy for climacterium dysfunction uterine bleeding.Methods:50 patients with climacterium dysfunction uterine bleeding were selected and divided into pure progestin treatment group and curettage plus progestin treatment group.Results:The homeostasis and normal menstrual cycle of curettage plus progestin treatment group were significantly better than those in pure progestin treatment group, and the recurrence rate was lower.Conclusion:The curettage plus progestin therapy is applicable and effective in treating the climacterium dysfunction uterine bleeding. |
