| 摘 要： | 目的调查科研事业单位员工工作压力与职业枯竭的现状,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法采用国际通用量表工作压力调查问卷(OSI-2)中国修订版和MBI-General Survey(MBI-GS)量表对北京303名科研事业单位员工进行调查。结果工作压力处于中等水平;职业枯竭水平不明显,其中情绪衰竭和玩世不恭处于中等水平,个人成就感中等偏高。工作压力总分与职业枯竭中的情绪衰竭和玩世不恭显著正相关,与个人成就感显著负相关。工作负荷、组织气氛和工作琐事可以预测情绪衰竭;人际关系和职业发展可以预测玩世不恭;人际关系可以显著但是较小程度的预测个人成就感。结论工作压力与职业枯竭显著相关,并对职业枯竭有一定的预测作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the levels of job stress and occupational burnout of employees in S&T institutions.and study the relationship between them. Methods A total of 303 employees in Beijing S&T institutions were assessed by OSI-2 and MBI-GS.Results Job stress and occupational burnout were at moderate level.
