| 摘 要： | 本文报告32例糖尿病性癫痫和100例正常个体脑电地形图检测结果,异常率53.1％。显示慢波功率值增高,α波慢化或功率值降低。并与脑电图作对比,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。脑电地形图对糖尿病性癫痫的临床诊断,是一种客观而有价值的检查方法。

| Abstract: | The result of BEAM of 32 patients with diabetic epilepsy and 100 cases of normal persons shows that the abnormal rate was 53.1 %. The power was increased in slow wave and the rhythm was slowed and the power was decreased in a wave. There is significant difference (P<0. 01)in comparison with EEG . BEAM was an objective and a valuable clinical method of examination in diagnosis of diabetic epilepsy. |
