西林县鼠疫流行期媒介蚤的调查结果分析

目的:研究2001年西林县鼠疫流行期间媒介蚤的特征,探讨鼠疫流行的危险因素。方法:在鼠疫流行期间对一二三类疫区采用笼捕法进行鼠体蚤调查;采用粘蚤纸法进行地面游离蚤调查,对捕获的蚤进行分类鉴定。结果:黄胸鼠体平均染蚤率为65.75%,一、三类区明显高于二类区;二类区的黄胸鼠体印鼠客蚤指数为0.14,明显低于一、三类区的0.98和0.93;一类区的地面游离蚤指数为0.06,明显高于二、三类区的0.0054和0。结论:家鼠鼠疫疫区黄胸鼠和印鼠客蚤占总数的70%以上,室内黄胸鼠密度大于5%及黄胸鼠体印鼠客蚤指数大于1三项指标同时成立是鼠疫流行前期的预兆。

Results of investigation of the major vectors during outbreak of plague in xiling county, Guangxi

Objective:To study of species of the major vectors during outbreak of plague in xiling county ,guangxi in the years of 2001,and analyse on the risk factors plague epidemic. Methods:We investigated mouse rate of carry flea by cage-catch in epidemic area and the surroudings the outbreak of plague, carrying dissociated flea indoor by flea sticky paper,and differentiate the fleas. Results:Rattus flavipectus rate of carry flea is 65.75%, the rate in No.1 area and No.3 area was much higher than NO.2 area. The Rattus flavipectus index of Xenopsylla Cheopis in NO.2 area was 0.14,much lower than 0.98 and 0.93 in NO.1 and NO.3 area. Index of free fleas indoor in NO.1 area was 0.06,much higher than 0.0054 and 0 in NO.2 and NO.3 area. Conclusion:the quantity of Rattus flavipectus and Xenopsylla Cheopis in the region of plague epidemic over 70% of total, and the density of Rattus flavipectus indoor over 5%, and the Rattus flavipectus index of Xenopsylla Cheopis over 1 will induce epidemic of plague.
