| 摘 要： | 作为动脉粥样硬化的危险因素之一，人巨细胞病毒感染受到越来越多的关注，而血管内皮细胞感染则被认为是导致动脉粥样硬化的始动环节。因此，阐明人巨细胞病毒感染血管内皮细胞的机制，将有助于进一步证实动脉粥样硬化的病毒病因学说，并可能从感染的最初环节阻断其发生和发展。

| Abstract: | As one of the risk factors for atherosclerosis, human cytomegalovirus infection has received increasing attention, while cytomegalovirus infection of vascular endothelial cells is considered as the initial stage of causing atherosclerosis. Therefore, elucidating the mechanism of human cytomegalovirus infection of vascular endothelial cells will help further confirm the viral and etiological theories of atherosclerosis, and may block its occurrence and development from the initial stage of infection. |
