阿立哌唑合并碳酸锂治疗急性躁狂症对照研究

目的探讨阿立哌唑合并碳酸锂治疗急性躁狂症的疗效和安全性。方法对急性躁狂症随机分为研究组和对照组，分别用阿立哌唑合并碳酸锂、氯氮平合并碳酸锂治疗。以Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表（BRMS）评定疗效，以副作用量表（TESS）评价安全性。结果研究组治疗第1、2周末BRMS评分均明显低于对照组（P〈0.01），治疗4、8周末BRMS评分与对照组相当，治疗8周末的临床疗效与对照组相近（P〉0.05）；研究组治疗后各时段TESS评分均低于对照组。结论阿立哌唑合并碳酸锂治疗急性躁狂症疗效好，安全性好，起效较慢。

A Comparative Study on Aripiprazole Combined with Lithium in the Treatment of Acute Mania

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole combined with lithium in the treatment of acute mania.Methods All patients with acute mania were randomly into treatment group and control group,the treatment group were given aripiprazole combined with lithium,control group were given clozapine combined with lithium.The study lasted for 8 weeks.The efficacy and safety were evaluated with mania rating scale(MRMS) and treatment emergant symptom scale(TESS) respectively.Results The scones of MRMS ware significant lower that of control group after 1 and 2 week,The scones of MRMS were no significant differences between two groups after 4 and 8 week.The efficacy of treatment group after 8 week was similar to control group.The scones of TESS ware significant lower that of control group after 1,2,4,8week.Conclusion The efficacy of aripiprazole combined with lithium is good,and safety is higher in the treatment of acute mania,but it took effect more slowly.
