| 摘 要： | 目的评价钦州市钦北区1980-2008年的疟疾防治效果。方法收集、统计、分析该地区近28年疟疾防治的各种资料。结果该地区1953年疟疾疫情报告为535．70／万，属于多种疟原虫混合流行的高疟区；1984年后恶性疟病人在当地消失。80年代开始通过与周边县的疟疾联防后，90年代中期疟疾发病率控制在1／10万以下至今（2008年）未见内源性病例。结论在行政区域划分多次变更的地区，通过区域间的疟疾联防同样达到卫生部基本消灭疟疾指标。 |
