甘精胰岛素联合那格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床观察

目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合那格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取我院2010年6月—2013年6月收治的60例2型糖尿病患者,研究组（30例）采用甘精胰岛素联合那格列奈治疗,对照组（30例）采用美敦力胰岛素泵治疗,比较治疗前后两组血糖变化、临床整体疗效、血糖达标时间和发生低血糖发生率。结果研究组治疗后糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹血糖（FBG）与餐后2h血糖（2hPG）与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组总有效率为93.3%（28/30）,对照组为80.0%（24/30）;研究组低血糖发生率为6.7%（2/30）,对照组为16.7%（5/30）。两组总有效率、低血糖发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病采用甘精胰岛素联合那格列奈治疗,疗效显著,低血糖发生率低。

Clinical Observation of Insulin Glargine Combined with Nateglinide in Treating Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Insulin Glargine combined with nateglinide in treating type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to June 2013 were divided into study group and control group. Patients in study group were treated with Insulin Glargine combined with nateglinide, while patients in control group were treated with Medtronic insulin pump, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results There were statistically significant differences HbA1c, FBG and 2hPG between two groups after treatment （P 〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of study group was 93. 3% （28/30）, that of control group was 80. 0% （24/30） ; the incidence of hypoglycemia of study group （ 6. 7 % ） was lower than that of control group （ 16. 7 % ）. The differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of Insulin Glargine combined with nateglinide in treating type 2 diabetes is remarkable, and incidence of hypoglycemia is low.
