厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果分析

目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平片治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床疗效。方法选取本院2013年1月—2014年1月收治的2型糖尿病合并高血压患者65例,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均常规降糖治疗,对照组在此基础上采用氨氯地平治疗,观察组在此基础上采用氨氯地平联合用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察两组患者治疗后舒张压（DBP）、收缩压（SBP）及降压效果。结果治疗后两组患者的SBP、DBP均降低,且观察组的SBP、DBP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率为91.5%（32/35）,高于对照组的76.7%（23/30）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压患者可取得更好的降压效果,且安全性高。

Clinical Effect of Irbesartan Combined with Amlodipine in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertension

Objective To explore the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine treating type 2 diabetes and hypertension. Methods 65 patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups of patients were treaded with conventional hypoglyeemic, on the basis of that, control group was treated with amlodipine, observation group was treated with amlodipine combined with irbesartan. After treatment, diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, systolic blood pressure （SBP） and antihypertensive effect of two groups were observed. Results After treatment, SBP and DBP were reduced in two groups, SBP and DBP of observation group were lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05 ）. The total effective of observation group was 91.5 % （32/35）, higher than 76.7% （23/30） of control group, the difference was statistically signifi- cant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Irbesartan and amlodipine treating type 2 diabetes and hypertension patients can achieve better antihypertensive effect and safety.
