逆行腓浅血管筋膜蒂皮瓣修复小腿中下段软组织缺损

目的探讨采用逆行腓浅血管筋膜蒂皮瓣修复小腿中下段软组织缺损的临床效果。方法对10例小腿中下段软组织缺损患者(缺损面积5 mm×3 cm~8 cm×6 cm)采用逆行腓浅血管筋膜蒂皮瓣移位治疗。结果术后皮瓣完全成活。患者均获随访,时间3周~2年,皮瓣外形满意,质地良好。结论逆行腓浅血管筋膜蒂皮瓣血供可靠,切取方便,不牺牲主干血管,基本可满足小腿中下段创伤修复的需要,临床疗效满意。

Repair of soft tissue defect of middle and inferior leg with reversed superficial peroneal vas-cular pedicled fascial skin flap

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of reversed superficial peroneal artery pedicled fascial skin flap for repairing soft tissue defect of middle and inferior of leg. Methods 10 cases of leg soft tissue defects were re-paired with reversed superficial peroneal artery pedicled fascial skin flaps, the defect area were 5 cm ×3 cm-8 cm × 6 cm. Results 10 flaps totally survived. All cases were followed up for 3 weeks-2 years, the flaps shape and tex-ture were satisfaction. Conclusions The clinical effect of reversed superficial peroneal artery pedicled fascial skin flap is satisfaction. Preparation of the flap is easy and the major arteries of the calf are not sacrificed. The flap can meet the demand of repairing skin defect of middle and inferior of leg. The clinical effect is satisfactory.
