参附注射液联合rhBNP治疗急性心力衰竭效果分析

目的:观察参附注射液联合重组人脑利钠肽(rh BNP)治疗急性心力衰竭的效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年1月我院急性心力衰竭患者52例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各26例。对照组患者采用rh BNP治疗,观察组患者采用参附注射液联合rh BNP。比较两组患者治疗前后心功能指标变化情况、临床疗效,随访不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者的Sv、CO、LVEF均较治疗前提升(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的Sv、CO、LVEF显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液联合rh BNP治疗急性心力衰竭,对患者心功能改善作用显著,疗效确切、安全性高,可予以推广。

Effect of Shenfu injection combined with rhBNP on acute heart failure

Objective:To observe the effect of Shenfu injection combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP) in the treatment of acute heart failure.Methods:52 patients with acute heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into observation group(26 cases) and control group(26 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with rhBNP,and patients in the observation group were treated with Shenfu injection solution combined with rhBNP.The changes of cardiac function indexes,clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,Sv,CO and LVEF of patients in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and Sv,CO and LVEF of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenfu injection combined with rhBNP in the treatment of acute heart failure can significantly improve the cardiac function of the patients,with definite curative effect and high safety,which can be popularized.
