| 摘 要： | 通过回顾了近5年来针灸治疗中风后认知功能障碍的临床研究,总结用于治疗卒中后认知功能障碍的各种针刺、电针、灸法、针药结合疗法。探讨其理论基础及选穴规律,以指导针灸治疗的临床实践,得出针灸在卒中后认知功能障碍治疗中疗效确切,值得推广。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment in recent 5 years,summarizing acupuncture,electro-acupuncture,moxibustion and combination of acupuncture and herbal for the treatment of post-stroke cognitive.Exploring the theoretical basis and acupoints’ selection so as to guide the clinical practice,it is concluded that Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke is effective and worthy of promotion. |
