许昌市饮水型地方性氟中毒病区控制评价

摘    要:目的为评价氟中毒病区控制效果并对未控制病区村原因进行分析,为下一步防治提供科学依据。方法调查全部氟中毒病区村改水工程运行状况、水氟含量、8-12岁儿童氟斑牙情况,并收集病区村历年监测数据进行分析。结果许昌市病区村改水工程正常运转且水氟合格率95.14%,8-12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率为14.44%,病区村控制率为84.14%。40.00%的未控制村水氟超标或5年内曾超标,54.29%的未控制村供水氟合格水≤5年,5.71%的未控制村供水氟合格水>5年。结论许昌市氟病区改水工程运行良好,防治效果明显。病区改水时间尚短和工程水氟超标是病区村不能控制的主要原因,整改超标工程和健康教育是下一步防治重点。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the control effect of endemic areas and analyze the reasons for the uncontrolled villages, and to provide a scientific basis for making preventive measure.Methods In all villages of endemic areas, running status of water improvement project was surveyed, water fluorosis contects and dental fluorosis of children from 8 to 12 years old were detected, and collecting annual monitoring data for analysis.Results In the disease villages of Xuchang City,the project was normal operation and the qualified rate of water and fluoride was 95.14%, and the detection rate of dental fluorosis in children aged from 8 to 12 was 14.44%, and the control rate of all disease villages was 84.14%.40.00% of the uncontrolled village water fluoride exceeded the standard or exceeded the standard within 5 years, 54.29% of the uncontrolled village water supply qualified water less than or equal to 5 years, and 5.71% of the uncontrolled village water supply qualified water more than 5 years.Conclusion The water improvement projects in the fluorosis area of Xuchang City is running well and the control effect is obvious.The short-term water change time and the excessive water fluoride in the project are the main reasons that the villages cannot control.The rectification of the over-standard project and health education is the next step of prevention and control.
