推拿按揉法加背俞穴埋线治疗变应性鼻炎临床研究

目的:探讨推拿按揉法加背俞穴埋线治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:选取2017年6月~2019年5月收治的变应性鼻炎患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组各44例,均给予服用枸地氯雷他定,观察组在此基础上给予推拿按揉法加双侧背俞穴埋线治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后鼻部症状和体征积分,IgE、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-12水平及临床复发率。结果:观察组总有效率为93.18%,高于对照组的79.55%(P<0.05);观察组鼻部症状体征积分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IgE、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-12水平改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率为4.70%,低于对照组的41.19%(P<0.05)。结论:推拿按揉法加背俞穴埋线治疗变应性鼻炎可显著减轻临床症状和体征,改善患者炎性因子水平,并有助于降低复发率。

Tuina Pressing and Kneading Method Combined with Beishu Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: To investigate clinical effects of Tuina pressing and kneading method combined with Beishu acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: Totally 88 patients with allergic rhinitis were chosen from June 2017 to May 2019, and randomly divided into control group(n=44) with Loratadine used alone and observation group(n=44) with Tuina pressing and kneading method combined with Beishu acupoint catgut embedding in addition to Loratadine. The clinical efficiency, the scores of nasal symptoms and signs, IgE, TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-12 before and after treatment and the recurrence rate were compared between both groups. Results: The overall response rate of observation group was 93.18%, which was higher than 79.55% that of control group(P<0.05). The improvement of nasal symptoms and signs scores in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05). The improvement of IgE, TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-12 levels in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of observation group was 4.70%, which was lower than 41.19% that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: Tuina pressing and kneading method combined with Beishu acupoint catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can efficiently relieve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the level of inflammation and is helpful in reducing the risk of recurrence.
