摘    要:通过整理古籍文献记载及现代医家临床经验,总结不同炮制麦芽的临床应用及剂量有以下特点:生麦芽30g以下入药,功效以疏肝为主,9g~20g以健脾消食、下乳为主,60g~120g以回乳为主;炒麦芽6.21g~82.8g入药偏于行气消食;60g~300g偏于回乳;焦麦芽30g以下偏于消食化滞、止泻,并且配伍行气药偏于治疗肝气郁积;配伍健脾消食药脾虚食积;配伍活血类药回乳,小剂量单味或联合运用以下乳。临床应用应当根据疾病的病因、证型、症状,合理使用生麦芽、炒麦芽、焦麦芽入药以及调整剂量,使其药效发挥最大。

Abstract:By sorting out the ancient literature and the clinical experience of modern doctors, The clinical application and dosage of different processed malt were summarized. Raw malt less than 30 g can be used as medicine to soothe the liver, and 9 g to 20 g is mainly used to strengthen the spleen, eliminate food and increase lactation,60 g~120 g mainly milk withdraw. The results showed that 6.21 g-82.8 g of fried malt was inclined to promote qi and eliminate food, while 60 g-300 g was inclined to return to milk;Below 30 g of burnt malt, it is more likely to eliminate food stagnation and stop diarrhea. In addition, the compatibility of Qi promoting drugs is partial to the treatment of liver qi stagnation;the combination of tonifying spleen and promoting digestion medicine and spleen deficiency food accumulation;the combination of blood activating drugs and milk returning, small dose of single or combined use of the following milk, In clinical application, raw malt, fried malt and burnt malt should be rationally used as medicine and dosage should be adjusted according to the etiology, syndrome type and symptom of the disease, so as to maximize its efficacy.
