产后便秘中医外治疗法模式分析

产后便秘是产后常见病之一,其可引起一系列疾病,如纳差、腹胀、腹痛、腰骶部疼痛、痔疮、肛裂,盆底肌肉松弛,甚至盆腔器官脱垂等,同时影响产妇心情,致使乳汁分泌过少和睡眠欠佳,因此积极改善产妇的便秘很有必要。中医外治法涉足产后便秘历史悠久,本文从文献研究的角度,对产后便秘的中医外治疗法的模式进行分析总结。研究表明:中医外治疗法在产后便秘的临床治疗中形成了以耳穴、穴位贴敷、针灸、推拿按摩、中药灌肠等多种干预措施的治疗体系,并且多种方式互相融合,提高疗效。其中耳针的穴位多选大肠、内分泌、脾、直肠下端、三焦、皮质下、肺、小肠;穴位贴敷药物选择以大黄、厚朴、枳壳、芒硝、肉苁蓉、当归居多;针灸、穴位贴敷、按摩的穴位多选足阳明胃经穴。

Analysis of TCM External Therapy Treatment Methods on Postpartum Constipation

Postpartum constipation is a common disease after delivery.It can cause,such as anorexia,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,hemorrhoids,anal fissure,pelvic floor muscle relaxation,and even pelvic organ prolapse and other diseases.At the same time,it affects the mood of parturients,resulting in decreased breast milk production and poor sleep,so actively treat the constipation of parturients.The external treatment of TCM has a long history of postpartum constipation.From the point of view of literature research,this paper deals with the traditional Chinese medicine of postpartum constipation.The mode of external treatment was analyzed and summarized.The research shows that the external treatment of TCM in the clinical treatment of postpartum constipation has formed a treatment system with ear points,acupoint application,acupuncture,massage,traditional Chinese medicine enema and other interventions,and a variety of treatment methods combined to improve the clinical efficacy.The auricular acupuncture points are mainly selected as large intestine,endocrine,spleen,lower end of rectum,triple energizer,cortex,lung,small intestine and so on.Most of the drugs for acupoint application were rhubarb,Magnolia officinalis,Fructus aurantii,mirabilite,Cistanche deserticola and angelica.Through acupuncture,acupoint application and massage to treat postpartum constipation,the acupoints on the stomach meridian of Foot Yangming should be selected.
