| 摘 要： | 《灵枢·官针》曰:“凡刺有五,以应五脏”。五刺法(半刺、豹文刺、关刺、合谷刺、输刺)是按照五脏(肺、心、肝、脾、肾)合五体(皮、脉、筋、肉、骨)的关系分为五种刺法的总称。随着对五刺法的广泛运用及深入研究,众多医家在传统五刺法治疗五体疾病的基础上,扩展至内外妇儿各科疾病的治疗。笔者通过系统治疗文献,将五刺法的临床运用及研究进展进行了总结。

| Abstract: | Spiritual Pivot·Guanzhen said:"Every thorn has five organs,in order to respond to the five Zang organs".The five-needle method(half-needling,leopard spot needling,joint needling,tri-directional needling and transmitted needling)is a general term of five-needle methods according to the relationship between the five Zang-organs(lung,heart,liver,spleen and kidney)and the five-body(skin,vein,tendon,flesh and bone).With the in-depth study and extensive application of the five-needle method,many scholars have extended the traditional five-needle method to the treatment in gynecological and pediatric diseases.The author systematically collates the literature,and expounds the research progress of the five-needle method and its clinical application in Qihuang needle therapy. |
