头颅柔性线圈改善MRS图像质量的可行性

摘    要:目的:探讨头颅柔性12通道线圈(AHC12)改善MRS图像质量的可行性。方法:招募30例健康受试者,采用相同MRI扫描仪及头颅硬质常规16通道线圈(HNC16)、硬质24通道线圈(HC24)、AHC12线圈行MRS成像。采用LCModel软件计算各代谢物与肌酸(Cr)+磷酸肌酸(PCr)的浓度比值,估计标准差值(SD%),并利用联影工作站获得代谢产物峰值、半高全宽值、图像SNR进行客观评价。采用主观评分法评价谱线基线、谱线线型及伪影。结果:图像质量客观评价中,使用HC24及AHC12线圈MRS图像的Cr与Cr+PCr比值、N-乙酰天冬氨酸(NAA)及Cr的SNR均高于HNC16线圈,Cr的SD%值均小于HNC16线圈(均P<0.05);HC24与AHC12间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。主观评价中,HC24及AHC12线圈MRS图像的谱线基线、谱线线型评分均高于HNC16线圈(均P<0.05),HC24与AHC12间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在MRS成像中,改良的AHC12线圈可获得与HC24线圈相同的图像质量。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the feasibility that the acupuncture head coil with 12 channels(AHC12)improved the imaging performance of MRS.Methods:Thirty healthy subjects were prospectively recruited and MRS examinations were performed by the same magnetic resonance system and sequence.The different head coils including AHC12,solid head normal coil with 16 channels(HNC16)and solid head coil with 24 channels(HC24)were used randomly.LCModel software was used to process the raw data of MRS.The ratios of metabolites with Cr+PCr and the percent of standard deviation(SD%)of every metabolite were calculated.The peaks of metabolites,full-width at half height(FWHM)and SNR of images were calculated by the uWS-MR workstation.The spectral baseline,the type of spectral baseline and artifact recognition were subjectively evaluated by the Likert 5-point scoring method.Results:In the objective evaluation,the Cr and the SNR of NAA and Cr of HC24 and AHC12 were higher than those of HNC16(all P<0.05),but SD%of Cr of HC24 and AHC12 were lower than that of HNC16(both P<0.05),and there were no statistical differences between AHC12 and HC24(all P>0.05).In the subjective evaluation,the scores of the spectral baseline and the type of spectral line in AHC12 and HC24 were statistically higher than those in HNC16(all P<0.05),and there were no statistical differences between AHC12 and HC24.Conclusion:In the MRS scan,the AHC12 coil can obtain the same clinical image quality as the HC24.
