| 摘 要： | 探讨《素问遗篇·刺法论》中"正气存内,邪不可干",从中医角度出发,结合对过敏性鼻炎文献、临床案例的研究,发现两者相关联,"正气"不足、过敏性鼻炎病因皆为肺、脾、肾三脏受损,且结合现代研究,正气与过敏性鼻炎皆与免疫力相关。发现"正气存内"对过敏性鼻炎治疗具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | To explore the "shochu singling theory" in "the positive gas, evil can not do", from the perspective of Chinese medicine, combined with the study of allergic rhinitis literature, clinical cases, found that the two are related, "positive gas" deficiency, allergic rhinitis etiology are the lungs, spleen, kidney siniti damage, and combined with modern research, positive gas and allergic rhinitis are related to immunity. It was found that "positive gas storage" was of guiding significance for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. |
