雷火灸治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期的思路探析

有部分新型冠状病毒肺炎患者达到出院标准,但仍存在肺功能下降、病后体虚、纳差、生活质量下降等问题,因此该病的康复治疗是目前工作重点之一。艾灸已被目前许多诊疗方案推荐用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的康复治疗。雷火灸属于艾灸的一种,较普通艾灸有其独特优势。本文对新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期的中医病因病机、雷火灸的作用机制及临床应用等方面进行论述,并对雷火灸治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期的治疗思路进行了探析,有利于雷火灸能更好应用于患者,提高患者生活质量及减少后遗症。

An Analysis on Treatment Thoughts of Thunder-Fire Moxibustion During Convalescence of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia

Some patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia have reached discharge standard, but there are still many problems, such as lung function decline, weekness, poor appetite, and decreased quality of life, and so on. Therefore, the rehabilitation of this disease is one of the priorities of current work. Moxibustion has been recommended by many diagnostic and treated programs for the rehabilitation of novel coronavirus pneumonia. Thunder-fire moxibustion belongs to moxibustion, which has its unique advantages compared with ordinary moxibustion. In this paper, treatment thoughts of thunder-fire moxibustion during convalescence of novel coronavirus pneumonia,was explored by etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,action mechanism of thunder-fire moxibustion, clinical application,which could contribute to better application of thunder-fire moxibustion in clinical practice,improve patient’s quality of life and reduce complications.
