中医导引治疗颈椎病的Meta分析

目的:系统评价中医导引治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普网(VIP)、Science Citation Index等数据库,筛选中医导引治疗颈椎病的相关临床研究文献,将符合纳入标准的文献进行质量评价后,使用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入11个RCT,共749例患者,导引联合常规疗法在改善颈椎病患者VAS疼痛评分(MD=-1.31,95%CI[-1.50,-1.11],Z=13.29,P<0.05),提高临床总有效率(OR=3.75,95%CI[1.95,7.22],Z=3.96,P<0.05)等方面均优于单纯采用常规疗法的对照组。结论:与常规治疗相比,导引联合常规治疗在改善颈椎病患者疼痛,提高总有效率方面有一定优势,但本研究纳入的评价指标较少且偏于主观,同时中医导引法的概念缺乏统一规范的界定,因此本结论尚需临床进一步验证。

Meta-Analysis on Clinical Effect of Doin in Treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy

Objective: To evaluate systematically the clinical efficacy of guided treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods: Log in to CNKI, VIP, Science Citation Index database to search and guide the literature related to the treatment of cervical spondylopathy. After screening and excluding the literatures, use RevMan5.3 software for Meta-analysis. Results: There was significant difference in the total effective rate of clinical efficacy between the Doin + conventional treatment group and the conventional treatment group.(MD=-1.31,95%CI[-1.50,-1.11], Z=13.29, P<0.05);there was significant difference in the total effective rate of clinical efficacy between the Doin + conventional treatment group and the conventional treatment group(OR=3.75, 95%CI[1.95,7.22], Z=3.96, P<0.05). Conclusions: Compared with conventional treatment, Daoyin combined with conventional treatment has certain advantages in improving the pain of patients with cervical spondylosis and increasing the total effective rate. However, the evaluation indicators included in this study are less and subjective, and the concept of TCM Daoyin lacks uniformity Therefore, this conclusion needs further clinical verification.
