| 摘 要： | 目的:观察雀啄针刺法合坐位调膝法治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~2018年6月被本院中医伤科确诊的膝骨性关节患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例;治疗组运用雀啄针刺法合坐位调膝法,对照组服用美洛昔康,保节力(硫酸氨基葡萄糖片),疗程2周。结果:治疗组总有效率96.6%,对照组总有效率73.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雀啄针刺法合坐位调膝法治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of peck acupuncture combined with sitting position and adjusting knee in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed by traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Traumatology in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with sparrow pecking acupuncture combined with sitting position and adjusting knee,and the control group was treated with meloxicam and baoji(glucosamine hydrochloride tablets) for 2 weeks.Results:The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of finches pecking combined with sitting and adjusting knee is effective in treating knee osteoarthritis Cut. |
