皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征患儿同步12导联心电图T波变化

目的探讨皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征（MCLS）患儿同步12导联心电图T波变化。方法MCLS患儿62例,年龄0.5～11.0（3.83±2.45）岁,随机匹配79例健康儿童为对照。采用广东中山SR-1000A心电综合自动分析仪描记同步12导联体表心电图,每个采样点为2ms,常规采集稳定波形30s后分类编号存入计算机建立文件档案。增益10mm/mV,纸速25mm/s。计算机回放同步12导联心电波形,选择窦性心律时波形清晰的3个心动周期,人工干预准确定点后测量T波振幅,取其平均值。T波振幅测量采用QRS波起始部位作参考水平线,双相T波振幅为正相振幅与负相振幅代数和。采用SPSS16.0软件进行数理统计。结果川崎病组较对照组心电图T波振幅在Ⅰ、aVL、V1、V2、V6导联稍降低（P〉0.05）,但在Ⅲ导联明显增高（P〈0.05）。结论同步12导联心电图T波能客观地反映MCLS患儿的心肌供血,可指导临床进行早期干预。

T Wave Changes of Simultaneous 12-lead Electrocardiogram in Children with Mucocutaneous Lymphnode Syndrome

Objective To explore T wave changes of simultaneous 12-lead electrocardiogram in children with mucocutaneous lymphnode syndrome （MCLS）.Methods 12-lead simultaneous body surface electrocardiogram data were taken from 62 cases of MCLS aged from 0.5 to 11.0 years （mean 3.83±2.45 years） and 79 matched healthy children （control group） with SR-1000A automated electrocardiography made by Zhongshan,Guangdong.The data were saved in the floppy disk with expert analyzed the replayed electrocardiogram on the screen.The amplitude was 10 mm/mV and paper speed was 25 mm/s.According to the base line of Q point level,T wave amplitudes of 12-lead simultaneous electrocardiogram were auto-measured.Mathematical statistics was made by SPSS 16.0 software.Results As compared with control group,the amplitudes of T wave in MCLS group decreased in lead Ⅰ,aVL,V1,V2,and V6 （P0.05） and increased in lead Ⅲ（P0.05）.Conclusions T wave of simultaneous 12-lead electrocardiogram can exactly reflect myocardial blood supply in children with MCLS.It will guide early intervention in clinic.
