开放式乳突根治加同期鼓室成形术21例疗效观察

目的 探讨乳突根治术后同期行鼓室成形术疗效。方法 对21例慢性中耳炎患者经乳突进路行乳突根治术清除病变并同时一期完成鼓室成形手术。结果 经1年以上随访观察，术后外耳道基本接近正常，鼓膜形态良好。鼓膜成活20耳（95．2％），获干耳。继发穿孔1耳（1．26％），外耳道狭窄（1．26％），面瘫1例（1．26％）。听力提高18耳（86％），无改变3耳（14％），无耳鸣，眩晕等并发症。结论 对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者行乳突根治术清除病灶，同期行鼓室成形术，不仅能根治病变，而且同时提高听力，疗效满意，但应严格掌握手术适应证，防止并发症发生。

Observation of curatine effect of opened radical mastoidectomy and defect tympanoplasty

Objective To investigate the curative effect of opened radical mastoidectomy followed with tympanoplasty.Methods 21 ears with choronic otitis media were treated by primary operation which consisted of radical mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty.Results All cases were followed up for over 1 year.And all of external auditory canal are normal in appearance,All the tympanic membrane shapes are noemal.20(95.2%) of tympanic membrane are living,1(1.26%) ear developed perforation,1(1.26%) ear with constriction of the eternal auditory canal.1(1.26%) ear with facial paralysis.18(86%) ears with hearing improvement.3(14%) ears with no change.No complications of buzzing in the ear or vertigo.Conclusion The primary operation that we mentioned above may not only cure the chronic otitis media but also improve the hearing.The result is satisfied.But we must pay attention to the indications and prevent the complications.
