| 摘 要： | 目的：分析ADR发生的原因，促进临床合理用药。方法：对收集的333例ADR病例报告进行回顾性分析。结果：ADR涉及的药品种类繁多，其中以抗感染药居首位；ADR以皮肤及其附件损害最为常见；静脉给药方式占多数。结论：重视ADR,合理用药，减少或避免ADR的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse ADR causes so as to boost clinical reasonablenes for using medicine. Methods:To take reviewing analysis on the reports of the 333 cases of adverse events.Results:ADRs relate to many kinds of drugs,and the antibiotics occupy the first place.Besides,adverse drug reactions are most common with skin and its appendages damage,and the ways of taking drugs by vein are reported to account for majority.Couclution:We must pay attention to ADR seriously and take drugs rationally so as to reduce and avoid the adverse drug reactions. |
