| 摘 要： | 我省自1980年以来在重点地区进行流脑多糖体菌苗流行病学与血清流行病学效果观察。一次接种30μg 后保护效果可达4年之久,在预测的流行地区进行菌苗接种可降低发病率。1985年以来我省2800万儿童大面积现场观察流脑多糖体菌苗效果仍维持4年以上。验证了在菌群没有变迁的情况下,A 群流脑多糖体菌苗控制流脑是比较理想的,所制订的免疫方案是可行的。

| Abstract: | Studies on epidemiological and serological effects of meningococcal polysaccharide vac- cine vaccination have been carried out since 1980 in some important regions of Henan province.The protection lasted 4 yearsafter vaccination of 30ug vaccine and the morbidity of meningtis declined in predicted epidemic areas. It was found that the protective effect of meningococcal polysacchaaride vaccine was able to last more than 4 years according to a field trail of 28 million children in our province since 1985.It was suggested that if there were no vaiiations in meningococci group,meningococcal Group A polysaccha- ride vaccination was as suitable to control epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis.The resultalso suggested that the scheme formulated by us is feasible. |
