透刺法加神灯治疗周围型面神经麻痹疗效观察

目的观察透刺加神灯照射治疗周围型面神经麻痹的疗效.方法应用透刺法加神灯照射治疗周围型面神经麻痹患者106例,与同期采用以激素为主的西药疗法患者98例进行比较,观察疗程与疗效.结果观察组愈显率为96.2%,对照组愈显率为72.4%,两组的疗效比较,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.005),疗程疗效比较,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01).结论透刺法加神灯照射治疗明显优于以激素为主的西药疗法,且病程越短,疗效越佳.

Observation on the therapeutic effect of penetrating acupuncture combined with TDP radiation in 106 cases of peripheral facial paralysis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of penetr ating acupuncture combined with TDP radiation on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Penetrating acupuncture combined with TDP radiation was used for treatment of 106 cases of peripheral facial paralysis as the observati on group, and hormones for treatment of 98 cases as control group. Their therape utic courses and therapeutic effects were compared. Results The cured and markedly effective rate was 96 2% in the observation group and 72 4% in the control group with a significant differenc e between the two groups (P<0 05), and with a significant difference betwe en the two groups in the therapeutic course (P<0 01). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of penetrating acupuncture c ombined with TDP radiation is better than that of hormones with a shorter therap eutic course.
