房间隔瘤的临床和超声心动图表现：—附12例分析

报告12例房间隔瘤的临床和超声心动图表现。二维超声取心尖四腔切面和主动脉根部短轴切面,房间隔瘤显示房间隔中部呈局限性膨隆凸向一侧心房(9例)或随心动周期摆动于左右心房之间(3例);超声造影可更清晰显示瘤体的边缘,并有助于确定有无心房水平的分流。单纯的房间隔瘤多无症状,合并有其它心脏病变者可有相应临床表现。本组合并房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损、二尖瓣脱垂和右上肺静脉畸形引流入右房者各1例。二维超声心动图是诊断本病最有价值的无创性技术。

Clinical and Echocardiographic Manifestations on Interatrial Tumor, Analysis of 12 Cases

The clinical and echocardiographic features were studied in 12 patients with atrial septal aneurysm. The patients were diagnosed by findings of localized bul-ging in the interatrial septums nt the apical or subcostal four chamber view or in theparasternal short axis at the level of the aortic root. The aneurysm either bugfedinto the right atrium (in 9 patients) or swayed between the right and left atriaduring the cardiac cycle (in 3 patients). The borders of the aneurysms were furtherrevealed by contrast echocardiography and the shunt of the aneurysms at the atriallevel was detected also. All the aneurysms occurred alone except in 4 patients theywere associated with atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, mitral valveprolapse and partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection. respectively. Thosepatients with aneurysm alone produced no symptoms. It was suggested that crosssectional echocardiography was the most valuable noninvasive technique in the diag-nosis of atrial septal aneurysm.
