| 摘 要： | 对300例厌食患儿进行了膳食中锌、铜、铁、钙及蛋白质和热能摄入量的测算及这四种元素的发含量测定,结果表明:1.厌食组各种营养素的摄入量均低于标准供给量及正常对联组。2.厌食组发锌、铜、铁、钙含量均明显低于对照组。3.厌食组四种元素摄入量与相应发含量、蛋白质和热能摄入量均呈显著性正相关。

| Abstract: | The intake of zinc, copper, iron, calcium, protein and calorie, and the amount ofthe four elements in hair were determined in 300 anorexic children. The resultsshowed, 1. The intake of each nutrient in the anorexia group was lower than the stan-dard offerings and the control. 2. The amounts of Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca in hair in the ano-rexia group were obviously lower than the control. 3. The intake of the element inthe anorexia group was positively related to the amount of the element in hair andthe intake of protein and calorie significantly. |
