高效液相色谱法测定三维口服溶液中维生素B1含量

 目的:建立三维口服溶液中维生素B1的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定样品中维生素B1的含量,色谱柱为Hypersil Kromasil C8柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为1%冰乙酸(含0.005mol/L庚烷磺酸钠):甲醇:乙腈(70:15:15),流速为1ml/min,检测波长为246nm,柱温为室温.结果:维生素B1在14～224μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.01%,RSD为1.2%(n=6).结论:本法简便易行,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法.

Determination of vitamin B1 in Sanwei Oral Solution by HPLC

Objective To determine vitamin B₁ in Sanwei Oral Solution by HPLC.Methods The analysis was performed on a Hypersil Kromasil C8（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） column at room temperature with a mobile phase consisting of 1%glacial acetic acid（containing 0.005 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate） - methanol - acetonitrile（70:15:15） at a flow rate of 1 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 246 nm.Results Vitamin B₁ showed a good linear correlation within the range of 14 - 224μg/ml（r = 0.9999）,The average recovery and RSD were 100.01%and 1.2%,respectively.Conclusions The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for quality control of Sanwei Oral Solution.
