以案例分析谈药师对患者进行药学教育的体会

目的：介绍药师对住院患者进行用药教育的体会,促进合理用药。方法：从药师的知识准备、对患者用药教育的途径及具体案例加以阐述。结果：药师对患者进行用药教育．可使药疗方案在患者身上得以顺利执行,从而使患者病情得到良好控制。结论：药师对患者的药学教育是合理用药不可缺少的环节。

Experience of pharmaceutical education to patients by pharmacists through case analysis

Objective： To introduce the experience of pharmaceutical education to patients by clinical pharmacists in order to promote rational drug use. Methods： The experience in such aspects as the preparation of relevant theoretical knowledge, ways of pharmaceutical education to patients and analysis of specific practical cases was summarized. Results： Good pharmacotherapeutic protocols established by doctors and pharmacists could be implemented by patients via pharmacists＇ education, and thus patients＇ condition could be well controlled. Conclusion： The pharmaceutical education to patients is an indispensable link in rational drug use.
