医院消毒与灭菌效果监测

目的了解我院消毒与灭菌质量,为加强医院感染管理提供依据。方法采用现场抽样和检测方法,对医院不同对象消毒与灭菌质量进行了检测。结果2003~2007年连续5年我院室内空气消毒合格率87.06%~97.02%。物体表面卫生合格率86.30%~96.55%;工作人员手合格率76.04%~95.83%;使用中的消毒剂合格率71.42%~99.38%;无菌物品灭菌质量和压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果监测合格率94.07%~100%;一次性使用物品检测合格率100%;内镜检测合格率86.65%~100%;口腔器材检测合格率100%。结论该医院消毒与灭菌质量合格率呈现逐年上升趋势,但灭菌质量需要提高,应加强管理。

MONITORING OF STERILIZATION AND DISINFECTION EFFICACY IN HOSPITAL

Objective To understand the quality of sterilization and disinfection in our hospital in order to provide basis for management of nosocomial infection.Method On-the-spot sampling and testing were used to examine the quality of disinfection and sterilization of various objects. Results In the past 5 years, the eligible rate of disinfection of indoor air was 87.06%～97.02%. The sanitary eligible rate of object surfaces was 86.3%-96.55%, those of hands of working staffs and disinfectants in use were 76.04%～95.83% and 71.42%～99.38% respectively. The eligible rates of sterilization quality of sterile articles and effectiveness of autoclave sterilization were 94.07%～100%. The eligible rates of disposable items, sterilized endoscope and oral equipment were 100%,86.65%～100% and 100% respectively.Conclusion The eligible rate of sterilization and disinfection of the hospital trended to rise year by year, but it still needs improvement and administration should be strengthened.
