EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体与鼻咽癌预后的关系

目的分析EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体滴度及变化与鼻咽癌预后关系。方法对1984年6月～1988年9月收治的433例鼻咽癌患者资料进行回顾性分析，按治疗前VCA-IgA抗体滴度分为四组阴性组、低滴度组(15～120)、中滴度组(140～180)和高滴度组(1160以上)，追踪各组的5年生存率。结果阴性组、低滴度组、中滴度组、高滴度组的5年生存率分别为57.69％、42.97％、42.77％、35％。生存5年以上的患者180例，有定期复查VGA-IgA的患者97例，其中滴度下降70例，占72.16％，不变23例，占23.71％，上升4例，占4.12％。结论EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体水平与远期疗效有密切关系。

The RRelationship between plasma VCA-IgA titer and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC)

Objective To analyze the association between titer and fluctuation of plansm VCA-IgA titer and the prognosis of nasopharygeal carcinoma. Methods 433 patients with NPC treated fron June 1984 to August 1988 were analyzed retrospectively. The titer was divided into four group based on plasma VCA-IgA:negative, lower(1:5～1:20),intermediate(1:40～1:80)and high group (more than 1:160). 5 years survival was also. analyzed. Results 5 years survival rates were 57.69%, 42.97%, 42.77% and 35% for the group of negative ,low, moderate and high group respectively.Among 97 patients with regular follow-up out of 180 patients who survival more than 5 years, the plasma titer was down in 70 patients(72.16%), stable in 23 patients(23.71%), up in 4 patients(4.12%) Conclusion There is a close relationship between plasma titer of Epstein-barr virus antibody VCA-IgA and prognosis of nasopharygeal carcinoma.
