| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法:56例抑郁症患者分为西酞普兰组[28例。(20~40)mg/dpo.]和阿米替林组[28例。(75~250)mg/dpo.],两组疗程各6周;并于治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、6周分别用汉密顿抑郁量表、临床疗效总评量表及不良反应症状量表进行评定。结果:两药临床疗效相当,但西酞普兰起效快,不良反应少(P<0.05)。结论:西酞普兰是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and side effects of citalopram in the treatment of patients with depression.Methods:Citalopram(dosage ranged from 20 to 40 milligram po.for one day)was taken for 6 weeks continuously,and amitriptyline(dosage ranged from 75 to 250 milligram po.for one day,6 weeks continuously)as control.Hamilton rating scale,clinical global impression scale and treatment emergent symptom scale were adopted to evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects before treatment and 1,2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment.Results:Citalopram with rapid treatment result and less side effects was similar to amitriptyline in clinical efficacy.Conclusion:Citalopram is the safe and effective antidepressant. |
